These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ClearEarn mobile application and the clearearn.site website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by GIE Consultants Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 6480238) ("ClearEarn", "we", "us", "our").
By creating an account, installing the app, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- You must be physically located in one of our supported countries: United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Australia, New Zealand, or Canada. The list of supported countries may change over time.
- You must be able to provide a verified email address and any recipient details (e.g., bank account details) required by our payout providers in order to receive cash-outs.
- You may not use the Service if you are barred from receiving services under applicable laws (including UK, EU, or US sanctions lists).
- One person — one account. Only one (1) account may be linked to any single device.
2. How ClearEarn works
ClearEarn pays players a share of real advertising revenue generated when you watch rewarded video ads or complete sponsored offers through our partners. We retain a portion of the revenue to operate the Service; the rest is credited to your in-app balance in Points (currently 100 Points = US $1.00) and is payable in cash, in your local currency, once the minimum threshold is reached. Points are visible in real time inside the App, and the conversion rate is shown in the cash-out screen at the moment of withdrawal.
No guaranteed earnings. Your actual earnings per ad depend on factors outside our control, including but not limited to: your geographic location, the advertiser's bid, device type, time of day, and overall market conditions. Users in some countries will earn significantly more per ad than users in others. Users in countries with very low ad demand may receive the minimum credit floor (currently 1 Point) per ad regardless of other factors. We do not guarantee any minimum total income.
3. How you earn
There are two independent earning paths. They use different formulas and do not stack.
3.1 Rewarded video ads. Your share of rewarded ad revenue is calculated in real time using a dynamic formula published in-app. The rate is based on:
- A base share rate (currently 50%)
- A honeymoon bonus during your first 14 days (currently +25%)
- A daily streak bonus (up to +25%)
- A referral bonus (+10% per successfully referred friend)
The combined rewarded-ad share rate is hard-capped at 90%. All bonuses and the base rate may be changed by ClearEarn with notice through the app or on clearearn.site; changes do not apply retroactively to already-credited transactions.
3.2 Offerwall. Each offer in the wall displays a Points amount next to it. On successful completion (as confirmed by our offer-wall partner), the Points amount shown on the wall is exactly what lands in your wallet. No further deduction is applied at credit time. The Points-to-USD conversion rate (100 Points = $1.00) applies at cash-out.
4. Payouts
- Minimum first payout: 100 Points (US $1.00). Minimum standard payout thereafter: 250 Points (US $2.50).
- Payouts are processed via regulated third-party payment providers. Funds are delivered to a bank account, verified email address, or other recipient detail required by the chosen route, and arrive in your local currency. Your relationship with the payment provider is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy. We may add, change, or replace payout providers in the future.
- The Points-to-local-currency rate is shown to you in the cash-out screen at the moment of withdrawal and applies to that single transaction.
- You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on amounts received. ClearEarn does not withhold tax.
- We may delay, reduce, or cancel a payout if we reasonably suspect fraud, bot activity, multi-accounting, or breach of these Terms.
- Balances remain in your account indefinitely, but dormant accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be archived. Archived balances can be restored on request within 6 months.
5. Daily limits and caps
Daily ad caps and minimum cooldown periods between ad views apply and are displayed in the App. We may adjust these limits from time to time to protect the integrity of the Service.
6. Fraud and account termination
We operate fraud detection systems. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts, void unpaid balances, and reverse payouts if we have reasonable grounds to believe the account is involved in:
- Using automated tools, scripts, or bots to generate ad views or offer completions
- Creating or using more than one account per physical device
- Misrepresenting your location or identity by any means
- Creating fraudulent referrals (e.g., referring accounts you also control)
- Any other behaviour reasonably characterised as reward farming, fraud, or abuse
When fraud is suspected, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Freeze the account balance pending investigation
- Void earnings attributed to the suspected fraudulent activity
- Permanently ban the device and any associated accounts
Appeals. If you believe your account has been incorrectly flagged, email service@clearearn.site with the subject line "Account Review Request". We will respond within 5 business days. During a review, your balance is frozen but not voided. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, any withheld earnings will be released in full.
7. Referrals
Each registered user receives a unique referral code. When a new user signs up using your code, they are permanently linked to your account as a referred user, and you receive a +10% share-rate bonus (subject to the 90% cap). Referral bonuses apply only to accounts that remain in good standing — if a referred account is terminated for fraud, the bonus may be removed.
8. Changes to the Service and economy
ClearEarn is an evolving Service. We may:
- Modify share rates, bonuses, caps, and thresholds with reasonable notice
- Add, remove, or change games, features, ad partners, and payout methods
- Temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance
- Discontinue the Service entirely, with at least 30 days' notice where reasonably practicable, during which balances above the minimum threshold may be cashed out
9. Intellectual property
The ClearEarn name, brand, logo, games, code, and UI are owned by ClearEarn and protected by copyright and trademark law. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific earnings amounts will be achievable. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearEarn's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid out to you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that if you are a consumer resident in another country, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where required by mandatory consumer protection law.
13. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent legislation in your country of residence.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the app or via email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
